Breaking Dawn Premiere

One of my all time favorite traditions! Going to the Twilight special event release parties with Kylee and Sheli!
This time, they even had a photo booth! These are pictures from two of the four rounds that we spent taking pictures in the photo booth.
Yes, we were guests at Edward and Bella's wedding reception.
Check out how cool they decorated the upstairs party rooms at the Megaplex at the District.
Everything was sooo pretty and sparkly! I love the black, red, and white color combo! & look at all of the yummy treats that we got!

Did I mention that Kylee and I both won Breaking Dawn T-shirts and movie posters?  It was all thanks to our amazing dance moves!  We also received a goodie bag that was full of awesomeness!
Kylee and I both got pictures with the Edward and Bella look-a-likes. Let's be honest, they don't look anything like Robert Pattinson or Kristen Stewart, but it was still fun.  The girl who was supposed to be Bella freaked me out though. I mean, look at her face . . . pretty freaky . . . and I couldn't decide if she was Asian or what ethnicity she was.
After we were done partying it up, we got to take this really cool secret back-way to get down to the theater area before anyone else.  With our popcorn in tow, we sat down to finally witness what we had been waiting and dying to see for a very long time. It definitely lived up to all of our expectations! All three of us loved it! I can't wait to see it again tonight!

Kylee and Sheli, thanks so much for yet another amazing night.  I can't wait for part 2!

Derek as Dwight

Hahaha! My mom sent me this picture yesterday and it pretty much made my Halloween. My brother was Dwight Shrute, from The Office, for Halloween. He looks so dorky! Haha! I hope you guys had a good Halloween! It is now November! Where has this year gone?

Root beer floats, jambas, Asylum 49, & Pizza

I had an amazing day last Thursday! My post title pretty much sums it up, but I'll give you a few more details. In institute, we got free root beer floats! They were super good and the root beer was that really yummy homemade kind that's made with dry ice. After institute, Ashely Bailey and I got the biggest size of jambas that you can get at Jamba Juice (because I had a buy one get one free coupon and we wanted to save as much money as we could).  We also donated a dollar to breast cancer!

Then, that night, I went with two of my friends from my math class, and four of their friends, to Asylum 49! My first real haunted house! I was a little disappointed, mostly because it took us longer to drive there than to go through it, but it was still super fun and I was glad that we had two big guys within our group to go through it with us. Also, side note- apparently Selena Gomez has been to Asylum 49 because while we were waiting to go through, they had a slide show playing and mid-show a Selena Gomez song started playing as they showed a bunch of pictures of her posing with staff members.

Anyway, after a fun car ride back to Salt Lake we decided to go get ice-cream. What was lame was the fact that a bunch of the places that we tried to go to were already closed, including Baskin Robbins & Wendys. Come on, it was only 10:30pm. & even though Wendy's claims to be open until 2am, that is only their drive-thru. We couldn't go in to eat. So, by the time it was 11pm we ended up going to an underground The Pie Pizzeria. We all pitched in to buy their largest pepperoni pizza. It was really good, but I couldn't manage to eat more that one piece so luckily they had boxes so we could each take some home with us. All in all, it was a really fun, good day!

Experiencing College Life @ USU

So, this took place a few weekends ago, but I haven't had my camera cord with me up until last weekend.

Yes, one of the weekends out of my fall break I spent up at USU with these cool people.
Amanda was nice enough to let us sign her cast and pose for a picture with us.
We made pancakes for breakfast! Two days in a row!
Aren't they gorgeous? They look pretty picture perfect to me!
Prior to Amanda coming back up to USU we decorated her dorm room.
& bought her the strangest, most unique, portable vacuum that you will likely ever find. (My favorite part is its utters!) & Haley came up with a brilliant saying to go long with it, something like, "because you are 'utterly' amazing!"
This is what her dorm room looked liked after we were finished attacking it . . . with . . . wait for it . . . COLORED TOILET PAPER!!! Haha, yes, apparently they used to make colored toilet paper like twenty years ago. We swiped quite a few rolls from my grandma's house (because she has a ton and doesn't use it anymore) and put it to good use.
The day after Amanda returned, Kylee and I did some very weird, but very entertaining things.  First of all, we used the remaining toilet paper to stripe Kylee's living room wall and then we got creative with makeup after being inspired by Kandee Johnson's youtube videos.

These were our results:

I had an amazing time up at USU! Thanks guys! I can't wait to spend the weekend with you again sometime!

My New Auburn Doo

Yep, I needed a change for the season.  So, I had my hair dyed this auburnish color.  You know what they say, go lighter in the summer, and darker in the fall - which is what I did.
 It looks more redish outside.
Oh, and I changed my blog too! I hope you like my changes!
